PROJECT OVERVIEW

Background & Approach

01

Objective

The aim was to make data collection and subsequent analysis within a research project more efficient, reduce manual work and enable structured, targeted data acquisition.

02

Methodology

Developed and implemented an improved method for systematic data collection and analysis. This included a dashboard to support data capture and new workpiece fixtures designed in CAD for experimental testing.

03

My contribution

Independently developed and implemented the improved data acquisition method, dashboard and CAD fixtures. Simplifying recurring activities reduced manual effort for data collection and analysis and relieved the research team of unnecessary work.

04

Status & Findings

The implemented methodology simplified targeted data acquisition and subsequent evaluation while reducing the research team's manual workload. Selected findings derived from the collected data were presented at SchraubTec in Bochum on September 30, 2026.
